Charming 14 rooms hotel restaurant + private villa with an excellent position in Samara!

This hotel restaurant features a relaxing family atmosphere, surrounded by tropical nature and close to 3 beaches. The hotel has an excellent location, only 4 minutes drive from the main beach of Samara and its village where you will find all the amenities and 4 minutes from Buena Vista beach, wilder and more natural for lovers of incredible sunsets and surfing. Everything is also easy accessible by foot or with a bike. In front of the property a path will allow you to discover wonderful views of the ocean and mountains before arriving at a small and very romantic crick

The hotel's facilities are organized around a large central pool and include:

- 10 rooms located in a 2-storey residence with colonial charm, overlooking the large pool
- 4 rooms located near the pool (bungalows)
- 1 restaurant with its Cocktail bar
- 1 house with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms
- 1 large parking area for guest with automatic gate

The rooms, with their refreshing decoration, are spacious and all have air conditioning and a private bathroom. Their configuration allows to welcome couples, families or groups, offering a total capacity of 48 persons. The hotel also has an owner's house with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms that has recently been renoved and rented out, allowing for an additional 8 to 10 people to be accommodated. Each room has a small terrace or balcony overlooking the swimming pool on one side and the large fields where horses graze on the other, for the enjoyment of young and old alike.

The large swimming pool invites you to relax while sipping a homemade cocktail before enjoying one of the excellent dishes in the restaurant.

The hotel is well maintained and tastefully decorated, with many personal touches added by the owners in the rooms and common areas. The swimming pool has been recently renovated, most of the bathrooms have been refurbished, the kitchen is professionally equipped and is up to date with the gaz standards required for operating licences and patents.

The hotel was taken over in 2008 by a young couple who have put all their energy into revitalising the hotel and making it a reputable establishment with excellent profitability and management in place, thus facilitating the handover to new owners, whether they are beginners as the current owners were or experienced.
